Accommodation Payment Terms
- Full prepayment upon reservation is required to guarantee your room reservation.
Accommodation Cancellation Terms
- Notification of cancellation of accommodation must be sent in writing to congress Secretariat at info@era.gr .
- For cancellation received by April 19th, 2022, no cancellation fees will apply.
- For cancellation received from April 20th, 2022 until April 30th, 2022 the 50% of total stay cost will be charged.
- For cancellation received on and after May 1st, 2022 total stay cost will be charged.
- In case of Early Departure for any reason full charge is applicable.
